CANCELLATION POLICY
For guaranteed reservations our cancellation policy is 24 hrs prior to arrival (check in time 15:00pm). In case the reservation is cancelled within 24hrs prior to arrival or in case of No Show, the amount of the 1st night charge will be applied as cancellation fee. For all special rates, the corresponding cancellation policy prevails the default policy and will apply. Specifically for non refundable reservations, “ Non- Refundable Rate - in case of cancellation, no show or any amendment, the whole amount will be charged.”
In case of Force Majeure, it is possible to rebook your reservation until the 31/12/2021 with no additional charges, subject to availability. In that case seasonal rates will apply and the modification of the reservation must be made until 31/12/2020.
