Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer,working on the deep  (Yin)connective tissues and joints in the body. Improves flexibility, reduces stress and anxiety.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a traditional yoga practice including asanas (yoga poses),breathing technics and meditation.

Vinyasa or Flow
