On Holy Saturday, April 11th, the Dinner menu after midnight, combines popular Greek specialties with classic International dishes such as traditional Easter soup “mayiritsa” with egg-lemon sauce, Greek traditional “tsigerosarmadakia”, lamb fillet and more.

At Salonika Restaurant at the Makedonia Palace Hotel, we celebrate March 25th with a traditional Lenten buffet curated by Executive Chef Sotiris Evangelou.
Salt cod with garlic dip, shrimp giouvetsi, sea bream fillet, octopus with short pasta, cuttlefish with spinach, artichokes à la polita, stuffed vine leaves (yalantzi), mussel pilaf, and many more exceptional dishes will make this day truly special.
