Salonica Restaurant In Thessaloniki Receives The Toque D’or Award
The Salonica Restaurant of Makedonia Palace Hotel headed by chef Sotiris Evaggelou is proud to announce that it has been honoured once again with the Toque D’Or award.
During the ceremony of the Toques D’or Awards 2023 that were held by the Greek entertainment and cultural magazine Athinorama on Monday, 11 September, restaurants from all over Greece were awarded for their excellence. The finest restaurants in important tourist destinations, such as Thessaloniki, were once again recognised, making the Salonica Restaurant the only restaurant in Thessaloniki that was awarded a Toque D’or.
Salonica Restaurant offers a unique culinary experience that combines tradition and innovation. For this remarkable achievement, chef Sotiris Evaggelou stated: “It is with great joy and honour that our efforts in creating a gastronomic experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations have once again been recognised. Salonica Restaurant, a point of reference in the city’s gastronomic scene, offers flavours and dishes that use choice ingredients from all over Greece and, particularly, from the region of Macedonia.
