Experience its lively, fruit-forward character and enjoy it at its very best — right after its annual release — perfectly paired with selected dishes from Salonika Restaurant & Bar: fine cheeses, charcuterie, and light meat options thoughtfully crafted to enhance its aromas and flavors.

The story of Beaujolais Nouveau dates back to post–World War II France, when wine producers in the Beaujolais region marked the end of the harvest by sharing the first wine of the year. Thanks to wine merchant Georges Duboeuf, this local celebration soon evolved into a global tradition that unites wine lovers under the iconic phrase:
“Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé!”
